We offer four distinct properties: two romantic one-bedroom spa cottages, a two-bedroom family cottage, and a three-bedroom heritage cottage with period features.
Are pets allowed at Charnwood Cottages?
No, we maintain a strict no-pets policy to preserve our luxury environment. Violations incur a $750 fumigation charge.
Can I book special packages with my accommodation?
Yes, we offer cheese platters, champagne packages, and couples massages that can be added during online booking for immediate preparation.
What are the cancellation policies?
Cancellations within 30 days incur 100% fee. More than 30 days notice incurs 70% administration charge. We recommend travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

Thank you Belinda, we had such a perfect weekend escape. Cottage was gorgeous and very relaxing. View overlooking the Yarra was stunning. Very convenient location and only a short walk into town, we would definitely be staying here again.

Thank you for an amazing stay at your lovely cottages. It was the perfect quick getaway for us. Lovely and clean, little extra's in the room to enjoy and purchase. Love our Lemongrass candle we bought and took home. Enjoyed our breakfast each morning on the balcony overlooking the Yarra River and into the mountains. And most of all one of the best beds we have slept on when on holidays and our getaways.

Excellent location, just a short stroll over the suspension bridge into the centre of town, beautiful view from balcony,

Jessicas Cottage was lovely with a beautiful view. Great location right near the river. We had a great weekend. Really appreciate being able to change the dates of our stay as we originally booked for July and couldnt make it because of lockdown.

Extraordinarily disappointing service from the owner. I booked and paid for accommodation 4 hours prior to the 2nd COVID-19 lockdown announcement after speaking with the owner who claimed they were well away from the Covid hotspots and unaffected (we are from regional Victoria and the cottages are included in the locked down area). The owner is unrepentant and refusing to enter into any conversation, or provide a refund even though we are not legally able to stay.
Considering the government has a relief fund which is easily accessible for accommodation suppliers to recoup money from lost cancellations

Jessicas Cottage - Cute and clean house with 3 bedrooms, interesting house layout, interter with three dining areas and three fireplaces. Around the river and a lot of nature-parrots and other birds.
