Gypsy Creek Winery produces a variety of unique quality estate grown fruit that is then handcrafted into complex, balanced boutique wines with delightful flavours and characteristics. All wine is made from our own beautiful organically grown fruit and is available from our Cellar Door. A fruity, full flavoured, lightly wooded Chardonnay, crisp and clean but with a bit of sharpness on the palate.
