Lee was professional and extremely reliable and was very accurate on her assessments . She was honest and empathetic to us as vendors and completed our sale very quickly with minimal fuss and minimum inconvenience to us . Although this is the first time we have sold a house in Australia it would be hard believe it could have gone any better than it did. Lee achieved a realistic price in a very short time and we were delighted with the outcome . We highly recommend Lee and her team .

It is with much pleasure that my wife and I are able to express our total satisfaction with the service extended by your agency when we decided to sell our apartment in Pymble, a decision which after 10 years living at "Avonleigh" was difficult to do, but looking back now, was well and truly justified by the wonderful advice given by the people at Burns & Burns. After our initial meeting it was obvious Andrew had every confidence in Lee Burrows handling the negotiations which lead to a successful sale. Lee was able to arrange viewing by potential owners at times to fit into our demanding schedule

I really can't say enough good things about the wonderful Lee Burrows. Lee was knowledgeable, approachable, personable, well prepared and endlessly patient and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of a few months). Lee answered every question my brother and I had and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly.

Finding an agent in this market was challenging especially for first time sellers, however, after several agents we discovered Lee Burrows. Working with Lee made it as painless and straightforward as possible
