We have been renting a unit from Mary for the last 3 years she has been fantastic to deal with and responsive to any repairs. She actually went above and beyond the other day and brought over a spare key (Sunday afternoon) to let us in the unit as we had manged to lock ourselves out. Never heard of a real estate agent doing that before, thanks Mary!

Ive had my fare share of difficult interactions with agents (those who seem to always favour the landlord over the tenant).. but thankfully, (and finally), this wasn't the case with Mary from Shenks. Very respectful, attentive and friendly.. most amazingly however.. she got me moved in within a few hours from viewing the property.. a huge +++++
