Depression Therapy
Specialized depression treatment combines therapeutic modalities to address persistent sadness, loss of interest, and motivation difficulties. Our clinicians create safe spaces for emotional exploration while teaching practical skills to manage symptoms. Treatment focuses on identifying negative thought patterns, developing coping mechanisms, and rebuilding positive life experiences through individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
Trauma Support
Trauma-informed care addresses post-traumatic stress disorder and complex trauma through specialized therapeutic approaches. Our practitioners help clients process traumatic experiences while developing grounding techniques and emotional regulation skills. Treatment emphasizes safety, empowerment, and gradual healing through evidence-based methods like EMDR and cognitive processing therapy adapted to individual readiness and capacity.
Relationship Counselling
Relationship counselling services improve communication patterns and resolve conflicts in various relationship dynamics. We work with couples, families, and individuals addressing relational challenges through systemic approaches. Sessions focus on enhancing understanding, developing conflict resolution skills, and rebuilding trust while maintaining neutrality and creating space for all perspectives to be heard and validated.
ADHD Assessments
Comprehensive ADHD assessments for children, adolescents, and adults follow standardized diagnostic criteria. Report
Amie and her team are nothing short of fantastic. From the get go, Amie made sure I was comfortable and understood the processes involved with seeing a psychologist for the first time (Claire). Claire is absolutely wonderful! She is kind, empathetic and has really helped me understand a lot of new things about myself that I wouldn't have been able to prior to seeing her. I love that Claire uses psychology theories to help me learn and grow, whilst also facilitates reflective discussion without making me uncomfortable or judged. I couldn't recommend the team at Felix and Sage high enough!
