(tl;dr, I got a bit mucked around by the receptionist and it sort of left me a bit jaded on the experience.)
I called to make an appointment to see an eating disorder specialist. It's obviously a really sensitive topic, and it took just about all the guts I had to finally, finally make that call. I made the call in private at about 9:30 am when I could step away from my desk and sort things out.

I didn't give much information about myself, other than my name. The receptionist was friendly, and suggested a specialist based on my location and availability. All good. She rang at 7:00 pm that night

Alana was great- incredibly helpful and approachable- but Harry was very dismissive and unhelpful, sadly! (Only switched because Alana went on mat leave)

I've been seeing my psychologist here for a few months now, and I have to say, it has really helped me a lot. I just called up and had a few recommendations and went on the website and found someone who would could help me best (mainly for dealing with my recent marriage breakdown). Will be passing on the number to friends!
