At Lords we take your health and fitness seriously and our spacious gym affords you the perfect opportunity to revitalise your body. You can work out in Perth's largest purpose-built group fitness studio or in our dedicated indoor cycling studio. Enjoy a swim in our 25 metre indoor heated swimming pool before or after your workout, or take part in an aqua class.

The good news is that we can offer you all of the above and more! Located within easy walking distance of downtown Subiaco, we're the gym that you've been looking for. We've listened to what our members want and have put together a comprehensive offering unlike anything else available in the area.

We also have a wide range of different session times available to make sure there's something on for everyone, from the early risers to the weekend fitness fans. We've carefully cultivated an impressive timetable of over 80 group fitness classes each and every week!

The main studio is one of Perth's largest group fitness studios and comes complete with 80 SMARTBAR sets (the most advanced weight training bar and weight system), 80 SMARTSTEP sets and a wide range of resistant tube options, for use in classes such as BODYPUMP and CXWORX and BODYSTEP.
