We hope to be back because the pies were delicious and worth the price as they were substantial. It's about a one and a half hour drive up to the Tooborac Hotel & Brewery from Melbourne city. Once you've navigated your way out of the city roads you can literally sit back and cruise all the way up the Northern Highway.

The 7th annual Tooborac OkTOOBerfest is back with the same hearty family festival feel. Some say October we say OkTOOBer! Whilst Tooborac is a long Lufthansa trip from the barns in Munich, the focus on real beer and frivolity is at hand.

A Bar that keeps the tradition of a country counter meal alive and with the crackle of a fire burning in the evening adds to welcoming atmosphere.
