Holiday Villas
Our 55 individual villas offer fully self-contained holiday accommodation amidst natural bushland. Each villa provides modern amenities including kitchen facilities, private bathrooms, and outdoor living spaces. Guests enjoy complete privacy while remaining close to resort facilities and Central Victoria's tourist attractions.
Swimming Complex
The heated swimming complex features an 18-metre pool, toddler pool, spa, and sauna. Open daily from 8:30am to 10pm (9pm in winter), it includes change rooms, toilets, and showers. The semi-enclosed design ensures comfortable year-round swimming in a family-friendly environment.
Mini Golf Course
Our 18-hole mini golf course combines challenge and fun for all ages. Designed by local artist Kathryn Portelli, it features themed mosaics and giant games like wildflower chess/checkers. Equipment hire available from reception with affordable rates for guests.
Tennis Courts
Two full-sized tennis courts and a squash court provide sporting options for guests. Racquets and balls are available for hire at reception. Courts are maintained to professional standards for both casual play and competitive matches in scenic bushland surroundings.
Activity Programs

As a resident of one of the surrounding properties, it would be appreciative that visitors are not advised not to enter private properties for ANY reason. If they happen to get "lost", they should back track from where they came instead of climbing over multiple fences.

We had a great holiday here. Great clean facilities Cottages equiped with everything we needed. High quality bedding and linen. Great ammenities for kids. Lake, mini golf, awesome pool, outdoor play area and kangaroos walking around.

Very relaxed break in peaceful surrounds. Our villa was recently renovated and very comfortable. Pool is excellent for kids or a relaxed swim at quieter times. Staff lovely and helpful.

We finally made it! It was our 5th attempt at a holiday, (thanks to numerous lockdowns!). The staff were awesome, we had numerous opportunities to book day trips through the facility & took advantage of some these. The staff we helpful & informative. The local markets were good. I loved looking through the antique stores & opp shops, (though my husband was not as keen on this!)
The resort has some fun recreational activities available on site; canoeing, mini golf, swimming pool, spa & few others. Pancake breakfast is also something to enjoy. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful relaxing

Cannot Recommend Highly Enough! We’ve been before and love the little changes that have been made yet the resort itself is still pure tranquility 🌿 All of the staff are very helpful yet I must give a shout-out to Mel. From Booking, to a tour of Hanging Rock to a Pancake Breakfast Mel has gone above & beyond and is an asset to the Resort. Always smiling, friendly & welcoming.
