Originally from Cheshire in the UK, Clare has been recruiting in Australia since 2000. Clare started Barton Mills Recruitment alongside Richard Mills in 2004. With a background in IT recruitment she gravitated to this space initially, but now with over a decade working in the rec2rec space, she is extremely well networked across most sectors.

Richard is originally from Glasgow, Scotland. He studied a BSc (Hons) Technology and Business Studies, Accountancy & Biotechnology. He worked within the accounting, professional services space both in the UK and in Australia before deciding to take his product knowledge across into the recruitment space, becoming a Banking and Finance Recruitment contract specialist for a Global agency.
Liat Gould

Originally from the UK however raised in Hong Kong, Liat has been recruiting since 2012. When she joined Barton Mills in 2014 she started our "Early Careers" Desk but has since moved on to more senior roles in Banking and Finance and Office Support. In 2017 Liat was promoted to Associate Director and now heads up the BMR team in Sydney.
Mark Hatnean

Originally from Brighton in the UK, Mark has been working in recruitment since 2012. Starting out in IT recruitment working for an Executive Search firm Mark decided to make the move to Australia in 2014. Since joining Barton Mills, Mark has been able to use his IT and Digital recruitment experience and knowledge to manage the IT&T, Digital, Creative, Sales and Marketing industries.
