There isn't much point to providing a budget recruitment service if we don't source great candidates for our clients. The quality of our recruitment service levels is so important to our business model. We conduct Quality Assurance Surveys at the end of our recruitment campaigns. Our clients score us, on average, 9 out of 10 and we've had perfect scores of 10 out of 10 on many occasions.
Three Month Replacement Guarantee

We enjoy a fantastic reputation amongst our clients for providing them with a cast iron, no questions asked three month replacement guarantee. It's one of the reasons 80% of our business is repeat business! Should a candidate we place with you leave within the first 3 months (for any reason) we'll start the whole campaign for you again for the small fee of $450 plus gst.
Simple Flat Fee Structure

Tier 1: Total remuneration package up to and including AU$100,000, we charge a flat rate of AU$2,795 plus GST. Tier 2: Total remuneration package over AU$100,000 and less than AU$150,000, our fee is AU$2,950 plus GST. Included in the above is a replacement guarantee for the first three months of the candidate commencing employment.
