Meet Our Staff

Nick joined the team at Mt Evelyn Veterinary Clinic and Animal Hospital in 2002, and apart from a 3 year break to travel and work in the United Kingdom, has been here ever since. He became a partner in 2014. Back in 2014, she completed a placement with us as a final year vet student and hasn't left since!

Mt Evelyn Vet Clinic and Animal hospital is an Australian Small Animal Veterinary Association (ASAVA) Accredited Veterinary Hospital of Excellence. Our last accreditation occurred in 2012, and will be further reviewed in 2016. This accreditation is awarded only to vet clinics achieving the highest levels of quality health care and practice management procedures in innovative and/or state of the art hospital facilities.

Consultations with our experienced veterinarians are available seven days a week. Please call the clinic to make an appointment, giving as much information about the problem as possible. This will allow us to be fully prepared for your visit, and allocate extra time if we feel that this may be required.
Soft Tissue and Orthopedic Surgery

At Mt Evelyn Vet Clinic and Animal Hospital we have a dedicated surgical suite and all vets are available to perform surgical procedures. We regularly perform sterile surgeries, including desexing, orthopaedic, soft tissue, cancer and emergency surgery. Each animal undergoing surgery will be appointed a dedicated veterinarian and surgical nurse.

This place gives out your Personal information to other pet owners without your permission. We started a legal action with this vet. And the owner made fun of my financial situation by laughing because I lost my job and battle with mental health. the lady who answers the phone all the time is a complete smart a.s.s with way too much attitude and zero decent customer service.
Awful experience dealing with this vet i will never ever go here.

Thank you so much for your wonderful care and wealth of knowledge in helping to diagnose some issues with my cat. You provided a sound plan to investigate some issues, gave me up front expectations around her ailments and the options and costs to treat. Understanding your process made everything so much less stressful.
Something else which was unexpected, my cat came out after each visit calm and not stressed, even after being shaved and scanned etc. I wasn’t there to see her appointments in person but based on her demeanour coming out afterwards, you must be incredibly gentile with her.

Today our boy spent the day with the team at Mount Evelyn Vet. We know that when we take our cats to see them they get the best care available.
