Carlo Calautti is a passionate chef and his love for food is evident in the meticulous care taken to prepare each of his outstanding dishes. Carlo and his family hail from Calabria in the southern region of Italy and that's where the love of food stems from. Carlo's style of cooking aims at reviving the traditional and authentic ways of cooking methods and flavours.
