Physiotherapy

Sports Physiotherapist provides care for athletes of all levels, including high-performance professional athletes to everyday active individuals. Our physiotherapists have experience and utilise the latest evidence in the diagnosis of sports injuries, and use the latest treatment techniques and exercise regime to assist recovery and prevent injury.
Exercise Class

Core Exercise Class (formerly called Clinical Pilates Class) emphasises developing optimal body posture during exercise. All classes are run by our Physiotherapist, and it is eligible for claiming through your private health insurance. Each class run in a small group with a maximum of 4 people. Hydrotherapy utilises water-assisted buoyancy and warmth to help relieve muscle and joint pain while improving function.
Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates is performed under the supervision of a physiotherapist, who will guide you through different exercises specific to your musculoskeletal or neurological condition. Both our Parkwood Clinic and Livingston Clinic have a range of different equipment including Pilates reformers and trapeze tables, which utilise the resistance provided by springs to build better control, flexibility and strength.
