Remedial Massage Therapy
Report
If you have particular muscle tension or chronic pain a remedial massage treatment may be for you. Your remedial massage therapist will assess where you need treatment and what may be causing your pain. They'll perform some tests to see exactly which muscles are giving you trouble and will tailor a treatment plan to suit.
Continence & Women’s Health
Report
Active pelvic floor muscles are very important to women throughout life. Poorly controlled muscles can lead to prolapsed and loss of bladder or bowel control. Physiotherapists trained in continence management can assess your pelvic floor muscles and, if necessary, help you regain control. Stretching of these muscles during childbirth and straining with constipation sometimes causes muscle damage and leads to incontinence.
