                                                        I have always been an active person. I grew up playing all sorts of sports - netball, softball, tennis, swimming and athletics so I've always had a passion for fitness. Once I married and had children, I began to understand the obstacles associated with having a busy family life, balancing a career and finding the time for your own health and fitness.

                                                        All classes will be currently held at Morrison Bay Park, Putney until we are allowed back onto school grounds. Classes do fill up fast. We offer a FREE trial week so you can try the classes out first to check if they are what you are looking for. I guarantee they will be! Female personal Trainer specialising in womens outdoor group training and personal training in the Putney, Ryde, Gladesville, Concord and Drummoyne areas.

Online coaching provides you with a plan and regular accountability to help you reach your goals more effectively. We have a range of online programs available.
