Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services address pain and movement restrictions through manual therapy, joint mobilisation, and targeted exercise programs. We treat sports injuries, post-operative conditions, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Each session includes patient education and preventative strategies to reduce recurrence risk while promoting optimal physical function.
Clinical Exercise Classes
Small-group clinical exercise sessions use pilates reformers to improve core strength and stability. These classes complement rehabilitation programs for back/neck pain or enhance existing fitness routines. Sessions include individualised exercise prescription following comprehensive physiotherapy assessment to ensure safe progression.
Sports Injury Management
Specialised treatment for sports-related injuries including ankle sprains, hamstring tears, and tennis elbow. Our approach combines manual therapy, dry needling, and sport-specific rehabilitation exercises to accelerate recovery while addressing underlying biomechanical factors contributing to injuries.
Post-Operative Rehabilitation
Structured rehabilitation programs for joint replacement and post-surgical recovery. We develop progressive exercise plans to restore mobility, strength, and function while monitoring healing progress. Treatment incorporates manual therapy techniques and activity modification advice for optimal outcomes.
Clinical Pilates
DMA-certified clinical pilates programs focus on core stability and postural correction. Sessions utilise reformer equipment for controlled movements that improve spinal alignment, muscle balance, and functional strength. Tailored programs address rehabilitation needs while enhancing overall physical conditioning for long-term health benefits.

I had never had to go to Physio before so was a little nervous, Ron made me feel very at ease as soon as I walked in. He was very professional and thorough in providing me with answers to problems I'd be having. Along with follow up , massage, and exercises to keep me out of pain. Would defiantly recommend!
