Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services address musculoskeletal conditions through manual therapy, exercise prescription, and evidence-based techniques. Specialising in spinal therapy and post-operative rehabilitation, we treat sports injuries, chronic pain, and workplace strains. Practitioners utilise clinical pilates, hydrotherapy, and taping to restore mobility and prevent future injuries.
Sports Physiotherapy
Specialised sports injury management covers acute trauma and overuse conditions. We provide pitch-side care for local football teams, biomechanical assessments, and return-to-play protocols. Treatment combines soft tissue therapy, strength training, and sport-specific rehabilitation to optimise athletic performance and reduce recurrence risks.
Dry Needling
Dry needling targets muscular trigger points causing pain and restricted movement. This technique effectively treats headaches, shoulder tension, and sports-related muscle tightness. Combined with manual therapy, it accelerates recovery by improving blood flow and reducing neuromuscular dysfunction.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy enhances soft tissue recovery through controlled suction. It treats muscle stiffness, improves circulation, and reduces inflammation. Particularly effective for back pain and sports injuries, this modality complements massage and dry needling in our integrated treatment approach.
Rehabilitation
Comprehensive rehabilitation programs address post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, and workplace injury rehabilitation. We develop individualised plans incorporating strength training, mobility exercises, and ergonomic advice to restore function and prevent re-injury across all age groups.
