Apprehended Violence Order

If so, they are seeking that you be restrained from doing something, going somewhere, or seeing someone. An Apprehended Violence Order, or "AVO", is an order restraining the defendant (you) from approaching/contacting the person in need of protection (otherwise known as the "PINOP"), a specified place or engaging in specific conduct (such as drinking alcohol) when in the presence of PINOP.
Driving without a licence

It is an offence under Section 25A(1) of the Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Act 1998 to drive while your licence is disqualified. It is an offence under Section 25A(2) and 25A(3) of the Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Act 1998 to drive while your licence is suspended. Your licence may be suspended for a number of reasons, such as accumulation of demerit points or failing to pay your fines.

If someone has been a victim of a crime and suffered a loss such as a financial loss, they may claim for the loss using a Victims Compensation Claim. Alternatively, if someone is found guilty of a criminal offence, the victim may claim for losses by a Victims Compensation Claim. Sometimes the amount of money claimed is substantial and may have serious financial ramifications for the person being sued.
