The first option you have is to exchange contracts immediately, usually with the agent. At Boyd Conveyancing, we are able to meet with you at short notice to advise you on a contract before exchange. After exchange you will have a five business days cooling off period.
During the five business days Boyd Conveyancing Services will chase written unconditional loan approval and organise any pre purchase inspections, such as, pest and building reports on your behalf.Finance can take up to two weeks and we recommend that you ensure that you have conditional or pre-approval on your loan prior to exchanging contracts.

Selling

Prior to placing your residential property on the market for sale in NSW you must have a Contract for the Sale of Land. It is illegal to market a residential property without a Contract for Sale. Boyd Conveyancing Services order all the enquiries required under the Conveyancing Act and will prepare the Contract for Sale.
Purchasing a Business

Once you have negotiated the purchase price of the business, Boyd Conveyancing Services will go through the business purchase process with you and discuss all aspects of the transaction which are important to you. Upon receipt of the Contract from the seller's representative Boyd Conveyancing Services will contact you to organise to discuss the terms of the contract and any impact they may have upon you.
Selling a Business

Unlike selling residential land you do not require a Contract for Sale of business before advertising your business for sale in NSW. Once you have negotiated the sale of the business with your buyer, you should contact Boyd Conveyancing Services to have a contract prepared for the sale. Boyd Conveyancing Services will prepare and discuss conditions that may be prudent in preparing your contract.
