Comprehensive management of muscle and joint conditions caused by repetitive strain or prolonged postures. Treatment includes manual therapy, exercise prescription, and ergonomic advice. We address common issues like tendonitis, bursitis, and postural imbalances through individualised programs.

Structured rehabilitation programs following orthopaedic surgery to restore mobility and strength. Our physiotherapists design progressive exercise plans tailored to specific surgical procedures. We focus on preventing complications and safely returning patients to daily activities and sports.

Sep 23, 2014 Report
Expert clinicians, Intelligent and knowledgable. Up to date with current practice and new research. Always listen to the patient and have a conversation about the problem with a full assessment prior to treatment (this is rare). Favourite is off course Mick, the others are also awesome and they do work as a team and consult each other. This will only ever benefit the patient.
