Today l will rate this business 5 stars because l have achieved my goal with the help of Sam and his team members and admins. It took almost 5 months, at least 1 session a week, proper diet and perseverance to improve my health conditions but it's worth it every session there. So thank you all for your coaching and support.

I have used this Physiotherapy for near 10 years now. They always friendly staff. The most important thing, they get results. Start you on recovery path, that leads to success. If you put the effort in too. It can be a lot quicker than expected.

Having had hip pains from walking for long periods of time, I decided that a physio help to identify the cause of pain. Benchmark Physiotherapy was local and had positive reviews, which was the main reason I chose to go here. I requested a quote, got a call from the receptionist, and was asked to come in. From there I was asked to write down my goals for the session (wanting to understand the source of pain and a solution to fix the issue). I was placed with physiotherapist, Matt Hoeing, who was very helpful in explaining the issue, a timeline of how long it would take to fix and immediate stretches

Called up to inquiry about their services that might be suitable for my mum's condition and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist (Lydia). Lydia's energy and friendliness over the phone is one of the factors why I decided to give Benchmark a try. My mum had neurosurgery 8 years ago and have been left with restricted right ankle mobility, which has in turn caused her to walk with a limp and poor balance. Sam treated my mum and was very transparent about mum's condition, setting the right expectation and putting forward with his plan of attack. There is no getting back to full recovery for

Sam treated me for my elbow posterior impingement, which has bugging my when I shoot basketballs. Sam is friendly and has clear communication when it comes to explaining my condition and the stages of treatment he is proposing. On the downside, I feel Benchmark is very aggressive with the sessions. I had 3 sessions in the first week then continued with 2 sessions per week for 5weeks. If I did not ask to end after 5 weeks, I think Sam would have asked me to come back for a few more sessions. There's a monetary factor to consider with long treatments and the bills can rack up quickly. I am not
