Jess started her career working as a Solicitor Advocate in 2009 where she defended clients every day in the Magistrates and County Courts against charges brought by the police. Jess also worked with the Office of Public Prosecutions as a Solicitor where it was her role to prepare and prosecute complex criminal cases that went to trial.
Jess now runs her own firm where she practices exclusively in Criminal Law and Intervention Order matters. Jess appears daily as an advocate in the Magistrates' Court, Children's Court and County Court. Jess is approachable and friendly and would be pleased to give you a complimentary case review.

For those caught drink or drug driving or driving dangerously, there are mandatory licence disqualification periods. These cannot be reduced by a Magistrate.
