Veterinary Consultations
Our consultations prioritise fear-free handling, pheromones, and treats to keep pets calm. Vets conduct thorough examinations, discuss concerns, and create customised treatment plans. We offer drop-off appointments and home pickup services for convenience.
Vaccination Programs
We administer core vaccines for dogs, cats, and rabbits while explaining risks of non-vaccination. Each session includes a 14-point health check and titre testing options. Our team educates owners about local disease prevention requirements.
Dental Procedures
From routine cleanings to complex extractions, our dental care includes x-rays, laser surgery, and anaesthesia monitoring. We address periodontal disease and provide home care advice to prevent systemic health complications in pets.
Emergency Care
For after-hours emergencies, we coordinate with Coffs District Combined Emergency Service. Our team handles critical cases like tick paralysis, trauma, and poisoning, providing immediate stabilisation and hospitalisation when needed.
Senior Health Programs
We offer arthritis assessments, blood testing, and pain management for senior pets. Our programs focus on early detection of age-related conditions through regular check-ups and tailored nutrition/exercise plans to maintain quality of life.

My dog was paralysed this morning, went to usual vet for emergency treatment after 2 hours plus waiting with no sign of the vet left very angry. Went to Coffs Harbour Veterinary asked if they could see my dog as an emergency, Yes even when they had other animals waiting just like first vets. Saw Dr Jodi within first minute. What a wonderful person you are. Just want to say how great full I am to Dr Jodie and all the staff. My Arnie was given pain medication and meds to take home. Thankyou to everyone for your care, attention and support to me the very scared mamma who was so thankful for your willingness

Our Maremma puppy Cooper has had one vet visit (vaccination, microchipping, health check etc) and one of his four puppy pre-school visits at Coffs Harbour Veterinary Hospital and we are very happy with their service! The staff have been very kind and gentle with him and made sure he’s happy and calm at the visits. We are very happy with our experiences so far and we are excited for the rest of our puppy pre-school classes!

We want to say a huge thank you to the staff at CHVH, especially Riley and Dr Jodie who made our beloved Callie feel so comforted at such a sensitive time, and for making myself and my husband feel so supported in our decision. You are so dedicated to the animals who come into your care and it really shows. We really appreciate CHVH and would highly recommend them to any pet owner. Thank you so, so much x
