Rob Grant founded Grants Real Estate in 1992 after 10 years as an industrial sales and leasing negotiator with a major Brisbane CBD agency. With over 35 years experience in real estate, Rob is a well respected industry expert well known for his pragmatic and commercial approach to real estate.
Prior to joining the family business in 2016, Tim completed a Bachelor of Commerce at The University of Queensland and went on to work as a Corporate Tax Accountant for a multinational professional service firm.This experience in large corporate environment has made Tim an adaptable and hardworking professional who truly appreciates the importance of communication, timeliness and professionalism in business.

Unlike other agencies, we don't charge any 'extra' fees for things like lease renewals, QCAT document preparation, maintenance commissions, EOFY statements etc. etc. We just charge a competitive management commission, a let fee for new tenancies, and a monthly admin fee.
