A special shame to Elliot From O'Brien's for almost destroying my discrimination case. I learnt the hard way that O'Brien's don't like discrimination cases especially with ADB. There's not enough MONEY in it for them. Elliot misinformed the ADB by telling them to withdraw my claim with them when he knew ALL TOO WELL that this case/claim was far too important to withdraw. My request was quite clear to O'Brien's that I want to withdraw from THEM not ADB. Thankfully my plead to ADB saved the case. Looking back Elliot didn't really have his full attention on my case in the whole process by

Used O'Brien solicitors for both my criminal law case which they managed to get all charges dismissed when I was looking down the barrell of 18 months jail. Then even more impressively ran my civil claim vs the police and I got a very good outcome and substantial pay out.

I found myself facing the criminal justice system for the first (and hopefully only) time. Contacted O'Brien solicitors based on the number of positive reviews and was put through to Elliot. His patience with me was outstanding helping me navigate and understand what lay ahead. Never felt rushed. He was very objective and not judgemental in any way. Gave me plenty of options which allowed me to arrive at a fair outcome. At sentencing he spent the whole day with me in court. I consider Elliot to be more an ally not just a lawyer. Approached O'Brien for a more efficient and professional deliverance on a matter. In the end I was billed an exuberant amount for a month or so of work which included:
- Solicitor missing appointment, without even notifying me (I called at least 40mins after scheduled start, assuming they were just running late) or making any opportunity to apologise at any point
- Solicitor reminding me that they were waiting on a document which was already sent by email to them
- Solicitor excusing failure to communicate effectively with me as due to a "busy week" with an unrelated matter in their role
