Surrey Street Family Clinic is passionate about delivering an outstanding service to the community. Our trusted team of doctors, nurses and allied health aim to provide a complete health solution to all of our patients. Both within our surgery and through coordinating care with external organisations - teamwork is at the heart of our practice.

Our doctors are comfortable and experienced in working with adolescents to negotiate a wide range of health problems including sexual health and mental health issues. Surrey Street Family Clinic offers pre-employment and driver's licence medicals. These medical assessments are designed to ensure you meet strict health and safety regulations.

Jacqui Churcher is a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in infant, child and adolescent pychology. Jacqui is dedicated to helping improve the mental health and wellbeing of children, young people and their families and offers a warm and compassionate approach to her clients. Jacqui grew up on the Mornington Peninsula.

Dillon Graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Podiatric Practice degree. He currently balances his time between our clinic and a public appointment at Peninsula Health where he focuses on the high-risk foot, chronic disease management and the treatment of diabetic ulcers.
