Services
Musculoskeletal Therapy
Our musculoskeletal therapy addresses pain from muscles, joints, and nerves through a three-phase process. We assess postural imbalances, apply targeted techniques like joint mobilisation, and provide follow-up exercises. Clients learn to manage chronic conditions and prevent future injuries through improved ergonomics and strength training.
Remedial Massage
Remedial massage targets specific musculoskeletal issues using deep tissue manipulation. Techniques include trigger point therapy and myofascial release to alleviate chronic pain, improve circulation, and restore mobility. Sessions are tailored to address conditions like repetitive strain injuries and sports-related muscle damage.
TMJ Treatment
Specialised TMJ treatment addresses jaw pain caused by clenching, arthritis, or misalignment. We use soft tissue release for facial muscles, joint capsule work, and nerve decompression techniques. Clients receive postural advice to reduce teeth grinding and exercises to improve jaw mobility and reduce headaches.
Myofascial Dry Needling
Myofascial dry needling involves inserting fine needles into trigger points to release muscle tension and improve blood flow. This technique effectively treats chronic pain from tight knots in muscles, particularly in the neck, shoulders, and back, promoting faster recovery and reduced inflammation.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy uses controlled suction to lift soft tissues, enhancing circulation and reducing muscle stiffness. This treatment improves range of motion for clients with chronic tightness, accelerates recovery from sports injuries, and alleviates tension headaches through decompression of fascial layers.

Rudolf is a gift. I was uncertain about my treatment but he put me fully at ease and made sure I was comfortable throughout. My shoulder was giving me hell but he worked everything out for me brilliantly. Even my GP was impressed. Ill be going back with any issues I have in future.
