Our mission is to provide a friendly, fresh, motivating fitness centre. Inspiring you to be your "best self" by seeing the "big picture" of your overall well-being. Providing a fun, innovative, quality experience for everyone. Comprehensive group training indoor and outdoor. All sessions are designed to suit various fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned fitness junkies.

I have been doing Spin classes here for the last few months since leaving Fitness First after 10+years. Bootcamp is also welcoming to those starting out. I've never been a "gym person" but somehow InnerFit has me going five times a week! Scott and Simone have created such a friendly and supportive community here and I genuinely look forward to classes, especially spin.

All sessions are designed to suit various fitness levels, from beginners though to seasoned fitness junkies. Our trainers will coach motivate and challenge you with a mixture of training styles.
Wellness

InnerFit Wellness is a calm and intimate space for your physical, spiritual and mental wellbeing. Offering a diverse range of classes including Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Mat Pilates and Aerial classes. Bringing balance to your health and wellbeing. Private and small group bookings for your Yoga Practice, Pilates and Barre are also available.
Nutrition Coaching

Nutritional support and advice to empower & help you to make better choices in become your best selves. To provide you with accountability, skills and the tools you need to reach your goals and lasting change. For some its simple, gain muscle mass, lose body fat, sleep better, look and feel better, shift behaviours, change habits.
Class Descriptions

With upbeat music, along with encouraging instructors, positive energy and lots of calories burnt. This class will leave you feeling fit and fabulous but most importantly it's low impact and for any fitness level. A strength based class designed for everyone.
