The above rates are reviewed periodically and are subject to change as prescribed by the terms of our Cost Agreement. So as to better inform our clients of the potential cost of our services, in respect of commercial drafting matters, where possible we will fix out fees. Bank guarantees are often used as security provided to protect the rights of the principal from default by the contractor. It is important that contractors understand the legal effects of entering into these arrangements and the potential liabilities that they can cause.
