The Benetook Veterinary Clinic was established in 1985, as a small single vet practice servicing Mildura and the surrounding areas. It has always been a very busy practice with a high medical and surgical caseload, in both large and small animals. It continues in the same local ownership.
With the principle of providing ever improving, timely, high quality veterinary care, the clinic has continued to expand with an increase in the number of staff and the size of our building footprint. We now have six dedicated small animal consulting rooms and three surgical suites.

About Us
Report
In 1985 Dr William Sutherland opened this clinic in Benetook Avenue on the outskirts of town. It is on a major by-pass road. There was no specific suburb or place, where the clinic is built, so the clinic took its name from the street name, Benetook Avenue. There is an historic small location of Benetook from the soldier settler era, in the wheat growing area to the west of Mildura, with a small school and a railway siding, long gone.

Mildura
Report
In the very north west of Victoria, in a dry Mallee landscape, and the home for centuries of an indigenous population and culture, Europeans with their sheep arrived to graze the untouched rich pastures along the mostly permanent rivers of the Murray and the Darling, and settled Western NSW on broad acre station country.
Robinvale Veterinary Clinic
Report
A veterinary nurse is employed at this clinic to assist our veterinarian. Fluid therapy can be instigated. There is an operating theatre, and separate waiting room, reception and single consulting room. There is also day hospital cages for up to eight animals, and an outside exercise area for the dogs.
Wildlife and Exotics
Report
The Benetook Veterinary Clinic is a true mixed practice with a vast variety of species seen. Some wax and wane in numbers through the cycle of popularity, others are emerging industries. Our work with this great variety of animals is species specific. Smaller species come to our hospital for disease investigation and surgery.

To be honest they seem to over book appointments so your wait times can be sometimes around an hour. And when you have an anxious animal this is far from ideal.
The staff that consult seem really lovely with the exception of the male vet who I believe is the owner he can be very very rude at times and says things that are very inappropriate and insensitive . The lady's on the front counter barley crack a smile and give you the impression that they either don't want to be there or don't want you there. All in all it's like the tristar of veterinary clinics.

Overpriced, obviously under staffed. Don't waste your time or money at this place. I was a long term customer until today. Quoted $800 then $1400 to $1600 ended up at over $2300. Waited for an hour to collect my dog. Watched people come and go. Staff don't care, think they're time is more important. My dogs leash was even broken. The least they could do after paying that much is give me a new leash!
