Our visit to our family Vet this time was very sad. But can't thank Graham and his staff enough for their understanding and their kindness in our hour of need. Lovely people to deal with, always helpful, and very kind in difficult moments. They've looked after one of my roosters, 3 of my ducks and our maremma Caesar who watches over them all. They're also not super expensive, like some vets are.

I was going here for 15 years (3 dogs and two cats) and NOT ONCE did they mention the titer test to me, as a consequence my pets are suffering from over vaccination. When i approached them, asking why don't you tell your clients about the titer test? Their reply, "We'll lose clients, they wont bring their pets in yearly"...
Well, guess what? As a client, you have the right to know about titer testing!

My dogs are always happy to go there and Cocosaurus always thought he was special when we took him there. The staff are wonderful they just don't treat the pets they also interact with owners and realise that every pet is special to each and every owner
