Was quoted a price over the phone by the receptionist. At the end of getting tax return done, was charged another amount. Rang to get a refund and was told someone would return my call. Waited another week and I had to ring them again. Management never rang back, but ( the receptionist) sent a email saying that receptionist is no longer with them and no refund will be given even after admitting there mistake. Not trustworthy and bad management.
