Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services focus on diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions through hands-on techniques and tailored rehabilitation programs. Patients benefit from joint mobilisation, myofascial release, and postural correction to restore mobility and reduce pain. The clinic's evidence-based approach ensures effective recovery for sports injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Sports Injury Treatment
Specialised treatment for sports-related injuries combines manual therapy, dry needling, and strength training to accelerate recovery. Our therapists address acute and chronic conditions like sprains, tendonitis, and muscle tears, ensuring safe return to activity. Programs integrate biomechanical analysis to prevent future injuries and enhance athletic performance.
Massage Therapy
Remedial massage targets muscle tension, improves circulation, and aids recovery from sports injuries or postural strain. Techniques include deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage tailored to individual needs. Sessions are conducted by qualified therapists to complement physiotherapy treatments or as standalone care.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture and dry needling techniques alleviate chronic pain and muscle tension by stimulating specific trigger points. This modality is integrated into physiotherapy plans to reduce inflammation, improve mobility, and promote natural healing for conditions like back pain and headaches.
Exercise Classes
Small group classes focus on core strengthening, flexibility, and post-rehabilitation conditioning using low-impact exercises. Tailored programs include hydrotherapy, gym-based training, and Pilates-inspired movements to improve strength, balance, and functional mobility under therapist supervision.

Tyler is phenomenal! I feel most fortunate to have him as a massage therapist as he is an expert at reading what is happening through the bodies condition. With his knowledge and technique he is a master at his craft. His wisdom and expertise with massage sets him apart from all others in his field. Thank you Tyler for assisting me through my recovery. I know I am in the best hands literally.

Ive been going to village Physio for 5 years and worked with many different therapists through different injuries. Mainly with Emily and Katie. Not only do they provide the physical care needed but they also help you get past your injury and back into life. Everyone there is always friendly and positive, from reception to treatment. I would very highly recommend choosing village Physio for your physical therapy needs.
