Where do i start... the food was absolutely delicious and every bite was full of flavour! The service was 10/10 and i was happy with everything. The people working at the restaurant were so kind it honestly made the whole experience wonderful. As a Melburnian and a seafood lover, this restaurant is in the top of the list as my favourite restaurant!

On a mondaynight, I walked in with two friends and was immediatelygreeted by the friendlystaff and the delicious aroma ofseafood. The restaurant was fast filling up (it was already 7:00 p.m.), but we were fortunate to secure a table. We ordered seafood and it was absolutelydivine.This place is perfect for groups or a casual date night.By the end of the meal we were planning our next visit. I've got to admit this place has the best seafood in the bay and i look forward to try other varieties next time.

Meals were over priced based on their quality. Staff and mgmt was extremely rude. Customer service was non existent. Would never return to this restaurant. And the venue was unhygienic, especially during these covid times. And I just noticed the night after we dined at Sandpipers, the mgmt team there had the decency to take on board our advice to list prices against all items on the menu, including the specials. As opposed to leaving prices off and surprising diners with excessive prices, which I stated at the time to being dishonest and even fraudulent. Anyone who dines there please

Never go back again. Meals are over priced and taking advantage of holiday season. We ordered the linguine prawn special which had no price advertised. When ordered I was asked if I wanted the lobster or Balmain bug as a topper. At no point was I told it was extra. The prawn linguine was about $34 on the menu so I expected this to be similar. When we got the bill it was $59. I would never have ordered this meal if I knew it was so expensive. The price should have been upfront. When we tried to speak to the manager she provided the worst customer service. She did not take any responsibility and

Sandpipers is a high quality and always well presented Restuarant. The staff are always very helpful and do their best to make you feel welcome at all times - even in the busy times. Most consistent restaurant in Nelson Bay.
