The service I received from Glenn Hobbs was exceptional at every step along the journey. From day one, Glenn was very frank, honest and supportive of my need to sell my property at a premium price. Glad Craig found us
Craig found us by luck and happily so. We were going to sell ourselves, but after speaking with Craig decided it would be better going with a local agent who, not only understood the market well, but had an extensive database to call upon. Turns out to be a great decision. Craig advised us that in the market we were likely to sell our house for much more than we initially expected - which it did. But the first sale fell through and I rang Craig straight away. Craig managed to re-sell our house that same day, thanks to his network and that database!!!

House selling made easy
We were expecting our house sale to be a bit more difficult than normal as it had been a rental property for 17 years and needed a bit of tidying up. Mark and his team coordinated everything from the handy man to the furniture for staging, it was like having a personal project manager. We were amazed with the end result and are very happy with the multiple offers we received after only 3 days on the market. Thanks Mark & Stephen.

We've known Mark for a number of years and found him to be very diligent at his job. He has kept in contact with us over the years since buying an investment through him. At no stage has he ever been demanding or bothersome, in fact, quite the opposite.
