I rented with Active Real Estate for nearly 3 years in the one property and found them very cooperative and quick to respond. After having previously had to deal with several dreadful agencies, I always had the impression they were trying to help me, the tenant, as well as the owner. I think I was also lucky to have a very reasonable landlord but maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and satisfactorily. I would be very happy to rent with them again.

I have nothing to fault with Active Real Estate, and everything in this review is 100% honest and genuine. I rented through this real estate for a period of just over 12 months, and they are the upmost professional and courteous real estate I've ever rented through. Cynda and her team were quick to resolve any issues, generally same day or next day I would have a technician at my door, ready to solve any issues.
