Established in 1997, we have spent 27 years perfecting the art of Italian cuisine while adapting to evolving tastes. Our journey began as a Modern Australian restaurant before returning to our roots with family-inspired Italian dishes. We combine traditional techniques with contemporary flair to serve Castle Hill and the Hills District. Our wood-fired pizzas, handmade pastas and banquet-style mains reflect decades of culinary expertise.In 2023, we introduced Nest Exclusive - a unique venue hire concept allowing private use of our indoor/outdoor spaces for events. With free underground parking and set menus for groups, we cater to intimate gatherings and celebrations of up to 70 guests across our combined spaces. Wood-fired Pizza
Our wood-fired pizzas feature hand-stretched dough cooked in a traditional stone oven. Using imported Italian ingredients, we create authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas with creative modern toppings. Each pizza is prepared to order and served fresh from the oven.

All pasta is made daily using traditional Italian techniques. From classic spaghetti Bolognese to house specials like truffle mushroom ravioli, our pasta dishes showcase regional Italian recipes with locally sourced produce.
Exclusive Hire
Nest Exclusive offers complete venue rental for private events. Choose from indoor dining room, outdoor courtyard or full venue booking. Includes dedicated event coordinator, set menus for groups, and free underground parking for evening bookings.
Banquet Menus
Designed for groups of 10 or more, our banquet menus feature shared platters of antipasti, primi, secondi and dolci courses. Menus can be customised to dietary requirements with advance notice.
Function Catering
We provide full catering services for events held at our venue or off-site. Options include buffet spreads, canap service, and formal sit-down meals. Our team handles everything from menu planning to service staff.

What is Nest Exclusive venue hire?
Nest Exclusive allows private rental of our entire venue for events. Choose from indoor dining room, outdoor courtyard or full venue booking with custom menus and dedicated service.
Do you cater for large groups?
Yes, we offer banquet menus for groups of 10+ guests. Our private function room seats 40 indoors and 30 outdoors, with combined capacity of 70 for full venue hire.
What parking options are available?
Free underground parking is available after 6pm. The venue has direct lift access to our restaurant level for convenient guest access.
Are takeaway orders available?
Yes, we offer takeaway with 15% discount on pickup orders. Pizza kits containing dough, sauce and cheese are also available for home preparation.
What are your kitchen hours?
Regular service: Monday 5:30-9pm, Tue-Thu 5:30-9pm, Fri-Sat 5:30-9:30pm. Nest Exclusive bookings available 7 days with prior arrangement.

Ordered through door dash, honestly I really didn't like it. The sauce tasted like it came from a jar and it makes the pizza wet which should never happen. It's not evenly cooked and the toppings are slapped onto about a quarter of each slice leaving most of it just sauce and cheese. Not a pleasant pizza eating experience. Disappointed.

I normally park at Castle Mall and have a short walk to the restaurant tucked away in the corner. Have been here several times and never been disappointed with the Pizza or Pasta.

Had a takeaway, and really loved it! Veal was tender, sauce was tasty and the salad lovely and fresh & lightly dressed, with soft-ish but really tasty shoestring chips. All for a great price. Highly recommended

The old saying goes 'looks can be deceiving'. I can assure you, not on this occasion. The pizza was as bland as it looks and considering the $20 price tag on the Rocket pizza, id be amazed if anyone is left satisfied with it. Feta cheese is meant to be included, which it was, though I dare say you'd need a magnifying glass to spot it. The fact the restaurant was empty made sense in hindsight, this Italian restaurant needs serious love and attention.

So terrible.... the wedges came first and they were ok... not that crispy but they were fine for the price. Waited 40 mins for mains to arrive after entree and it was an embarrassment. I order chicken parmigiana and it was meant to have eggplant on top. The eggplant did even cover a quarter of the chicken. The potatos were one baby potato cut into 4 piece and the salad was just leaves. I got so annoyed and called the waitress and I was told the reason is they were busy. I didnt pay and told them to take it back. I actually feel sorry for the waiter and waitress they are young and so
