Having photographed over 500 weddings here I know all the best locations and some hidden spots and have local knowledge to make sure your wedding day runs smoothly.

Engagement Shoots and Pre-wedding Sessions: Lets face it - not everybody has hired a photographer to photograph themselves for a whole day before, so it's a good idea to have pre-wedding or engagement shoot before your wedding to get used to being photographd with your intended. You get to find out how I work with you and what I say to get the great shots you want.

Without sounding too over-the-top, your photographer is likely to be (or should be) the most experienced 'wedding person' at your wedding - so it's important to choose wisely!

I have photographed over 500 weddings here on the Sunshine Coast - I have had the privilege of seeing many beautiful brides with their fabulous dresses & flowers; been honoured to see countless wonderful ceremonies with tears and laughter; photographed all manner of family groups in all situations (blue skies and rain!); had heaps of fun with the bridal parties at numerous different types of locations and laughed (and cried!) at several reception speeches.

I'm Alan and I haven't always been a professional photographer, but I've always been a photographer as long as I can remember! There's been a few distractions along the way, but I guess I have to give most of the credit for turning professional to the love of my life Elizabeth, who told me about 15 years ago to get on with what I really wanted to do, what my heart was telling me to do.
