One of my favourite things about taking photos up until that point was snatching that split second moment that combined a beautiful portrait with a rush of emotion, laughter, tears or pure joy, visible in this image forever. As a wedding photographer, I specialise in creating moment-rich collections of imagery from a day where you have all of your best people in the same space.

Family photo sessions with me aren't about matching outfits and everyone beaming at the camera simultaneously. Sure, we aim to get that one perfect snap where everyone is looking at the camera and smiling so Nana can frame it and put it in her display cabinet with pride of place, but for the rest of the time we're shooting, I want to capture your family and all the little quirks and expressions and relationships within it that make it unique.
