Disappointing initial appointment..its an assembly line of churning out tax returns with no support or guidance. There is no personalised service, you just submit receipts and hope for the best... You are literally out on your own.

Terrible experience using this company for my personal tax return. Practically had to go through what I could claim myself with no expert response from my tax consultant. Then the charges for the service were something extraordinary, was getting charged for calls made to my voice mail and time inflation, steer clear if you do not want to be ripped off.
