If you're passionate about local produce, give us a visit; from your prime position in the open kitchen you'll see your food as it's sliced, smell it as it's seasoned and hear it as it sizzles.

Or, if you're the kind who likes to be surprised, enjoy a spot in the under-croft away from the kitchen and surround yourself in the remarkable relics of a jam-making enterprise. Our menu is constantly changing, because our dishes are driven by what Tasmania grows. We believe a great dish without a fine wine is an unfulfilled experience; it's still great, but it hasn't reached its potential.
