Awful! I bought a size 2 belt a couple of weeks back and when it arrived I tried it on over my top and it was too small. I popped it back in the bubble wrapped envelope and sent it back asking for a refund as the instructions to exchange for a bigger size were a little unclear. So I sent it back and planned to 're order a larger size when I was refunded. Instead the item was sent back with a letter saying it wasn't resellable! Slightly baffled as it didn't fit. I called the company and they said there was fluff on the Velcro!! As I tried it on over my top and as it's mainly Velcro I would think
