Services
Hands on Physio
Our hands-on physiotherapy combines traditional manual techniques with modern orthopedic approaches to treat musculoskeletal conditions. This service addresses joint mobility issues, muscle tension, and postural imbalances through targeted interventions. Patients benefit from improved range of motion, reduced pain, and accelerated recovery times when compared to passive treatment methods.
Dry Needling
This evidence-based technique uses fine needles to target myofascial trigger points for pain relief and muscle relaxation. Unlike traditional acupuncture, our approach focuses specifically on musculoskeletal and neuromuscular systems. Patients experience reduced muscle tension, improved circulation, and enhanced recovery from sports injuries or chronic pain conditions.
Shockwave Therapy
Extracorporeal shockwave therapy stimulates natural healing processes in chronic musculoskeletal conditions. This non-invasive treatment effectively addresses tendonopathies, plantar fasciitis, and calcifications through targeted acoustic waves. Patients typically see improved function and reduced pain within 3-5 sessions, making it ideal for persistent injuries.
Cupping Therapy
Traditional Chinese cupping therapy uses controlled suction to improve circulation and release soft tissue restrictions. This service effectively treats muscle stiffness, post-exercise recovery, and chronic pain conditions through enhanced blood flow and fascial release. Patients report immediate improvements in mobility and pain reduction following treatment.
Gua Sha
Gua Sha involves controlled skin scraping using specialized tools to release myofascial tension and promote healing. This service improves microcirculation, reduces inflammation, and accelerates recovery from musculoskeletal injuries. Patients benefit from immediate pain relief and improved range of motion following treatment sessions.

Highly recommend, I have been with Physiocall for a year and in that time Josh has helped me from hardly being able to move and not being able to work due to pain and mental health and now I am working, running, studying full time and functioning like the happy, enthusiastic person I should be. Josh's approach was like nothing I had heard before, but once I was introduced to his ways it was the only way that made sense.

Josh's attention to his patients is outstanding. Since my first visit to PhysioCall i will never go elsewhere for any treatment. I've been to see Josh several times now and he has always been able to treat my concern and match the therapy to my intended outcome.
