Our trusting Physiotherapists work with adults (over 18) to achieve realistic & meaningful goals. Our team is mobile throughout the South-East Melbourne community. Our Occupational Therapists help with assessments, equipment prescription (wheelchairs, walkers etc), skill development, home modifications and functional rehabilitation.
We specifically help with Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy, Assistive technology (AT), NDIS request forms & home modifications. We provide Physio & OT for Supported Independent Living (SIL) NDIS participants to help with daily tasks and develop skills to live as independently as possible. We provide functional assessments and look at how the participant is being cared for holistically.

Total Health Physio & Allied Health was founded in 2011 by Physiotherapist Sherrie Krampel. Initially, we specialised in Aged Care but we moved into the NDIS space in 2019 because we feel that both Aged Care and NDIS are synonymous with our core values of Trust, Compassion and Care. Our core purpose is to make a difference to the lives of our vulnerable community on a daily basis.

Sherrie established Total Health Physio in 2011 with specific emphasis on providing a warm, personal physiotherapy experience for elderly and less mobile individuals in the comfort of their home. Her passion has always been to help those in need and THP's values of Trust, Compassion and Care are also the values Sherrie abides by in her personal life.

The dedicated Occupational Therapy (OT) team from Total Health Physio support individuals through private home visits, NDIS participants, homecare package clients as well as aged care facilities throughout Melbourne. All of our Occupational Therapists are fully qualified and hold a minimum of Bachelor of OT.
