We employed Sandy Lower from Q State Properties to act as our buyers agent to buy our dream home. Sandy looked after our home for several years while we moved interstate. Her team show absolute care and dedication to her owners, properties and tenants which completely at ease with being 1000km away! Can’t… recommend Sandy and her team highly enough. Sandy is amazing, she is very thorough in the screening process for tenants and also ensures the property is thoroughly inspected prior to the tenants moving in. Since the tenants have moved in she has continued to conduct thorough inspections and has kept us advised on any issues with the property and with the tenant.
