As a first time interstate investor, we were unsure how we would manage it ourselves amidst the COVID lockdown. Guru property services provided me a great service. I bought an investment property and I asked Guru Propertys to find the right Tennent even before I did the settlement. They find the right Tennent and they moved in the very next day after the settlement. Its so perfect for the investment. Theyre very professional and helpful. I tried to lease a property from Guru property but couldn't get any response from Lakshmy. I emailed and left several voicemails with no call back or any correspondence over a 2 week period. If you are the owner of 4 Daydream St Mountain Creek I was willing to pay $50 a week more than advertised and pay 6 months up front but unfortunately I wasn't called back and couldnt even organise an inspection via email. I have since rented a property around the corner that was inspected and fully approved within 3 days of going on realestate.com with a different property manager who actually cares about people
