I was vaccinated at this pharmacy and while I was here filled out a script. The service was quick, efficient and caring. While I was there one of the staff members helped an old lady without a mobile phone to register for a booster using their ipad. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

5 Star service from the wonderful staff. I had my Covid Vaccine there and I was very nervous because of needles but they were so caring. Definitely recommend this Pharmacy. Keep up the great work :)

Just to say that I have been a customer of pharmacy outlet wintergarden since 2007.
I have found that they are ,without a doubt, they are the most obliging, knowledgeable, kind and caring pharmacy I have had the pleasure to deal with since this time.
Having lived over 40 years on the gold coast, I moved to brisbane city in early 2005,. Of course, I was sorry to leave my previous chemist with whom I had developed an excellent rapport.
I tried several if not all, the big commercial chemists that existed in the Brisbane city at that time. All , with very little success. The wrong medication, nasty

Pretty fast getting the vaccine. Staff were extremely welcoming and kind. Didn’t have to wait or line up for my vaccine. Staff gave the needed info for the vaccine so I felt safe getting my moderna vaccine.

The pharmacists were extraordinary. They fully disclosed all needed information about the injection I was about to take, were compassionate and thoughtful regarding my needle based anxieties and issues. Kept a close eye on me to ensure I was alright afterwards, and then did everything in my power to ensure I felt better afterwards. They're very kind and considerate and I didn't have a single moment of discomfort whilst there. They've certainly earned a return customer with me
