Tony aka The Doctor has been the owner of the Bakery on O'Connell since day one and has been in bakeries for years before that! Being an independent family business Tony does it all from book work to baking to building and maintenance. He is not always in store but is always thinking and developing ideas for the business he loves.

Creating, making and baking an array of delicious cakes, pastries, quiches, slices, donuts and much more on-site 24/7 with our professional baking team. Our product range includes the old favourites of Vanilla Slice, Kitchener Buns and Mud Cake to some of our own creations like the Nutella Heart, Pie of the Month and Cronut Cannoli.
Catering

All pastry products are baked fresh and can be frozen for up to 2 months or kept in the fridge for 2-3 days after purchase. It is always best to heat from frozen to prevent condensation from developing moisture and ruining the pastries consistency. Depending on product size, fresh/frozen or quality of oven/preheat times can range from 15-45 minutes.
