Wow. It was just before close on Thursday night and I rang to ask if an email could be sent to a finance company to verify I am a Director of my company and asked if they could ring the finance company to confirm the wording. This all happened in a matter of minutes and I received a confirmation email. It was so impressive that when I received the approval from the finance company they even made mention of how good the service was. Thanks again Joe and to all the staff for setting the bench mark so high that other companies can only look up and dream of being this good.

Since moving the management of my personal and business finance management to NBC many years ago I feel very comfortable that I am heading in the right direction. It took a while to turn the business around, but now that we are heading in the right direction, I feel a lot more comfortable facing Tony during my quarterly review meetings. The NBC support staff are awesome in handling my questions and coming up with solutions. As we approach the EOFY, thank you for helping me to meet all of my financial targets this year.
